Pricing + Minimums
All prices listed in line sheet are in wholesale, US Dollars. Minimum opening order is $125 USD, wholesale. Minimum reorder is $75 USD wholesale. Accounts that have not made a purchase within the last twelve months may be subject to a minimum order of $125 USD.
Item Availability + Substitutions
In the event an item is no longer available, a substitute item will be offered. We will confirm substitutions before proceeding with the order, unless given permission during the order process to choose on behalf of the retailer.
Payment
accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. Invoices may also be paid through PayPal or Square Invoices. Checks accepted with a two-week clearance period before shipment.
Late Payments
Late payments are subject to 18% annual finance charges. Interest will begin accruing one day after the due date on the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
Cancellations
Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within 15 days of cancel. Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. Amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
Shipping
Lead time is typically 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped insured via UPS/USPS unless prior arrangements are made. All orders ship from Astoria, Oregon, USA. Local delivery within 50 miles.
Returns
Returns may be made on damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the arrival of the order. Return requests must be submitted in writing.
Confidentiality
Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions should not be published or discussed with other parties under any circumstance.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
